COMPANY:
My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Technical Services Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. To be considered for this M&E Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
2. Knowledge of Building Sector.
3. Previous employment as a M&E Manager, Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager, Building Services Engineer, Design Manager or similar.
4. Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
5. Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties.
6. Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
7. High level of communication skills.
8. Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
9. Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.

REMUNERATION:

1. The successful Technical Services Manager will receive:
2. Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)
