We're looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a growing team working for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK and across the world. This role is for a client working on a contract for a well-known British Property Development & Investment Company, featured within the FTSE 250 Index and listed on the London Stock Exchange.
This business was founded in London in 1959 and has an annual net income of over £160m with a property portfolio worth over £1 billion. Their ethos is to invest in and strive for a more economical and sustainable living space in the UK.
The company you will be working for is a highly recognized facilities management and real estate business that operates globally with a team of around 8,000 members of staff. Originally founded in 1885 in Milwaukee, it has gone through many different rebranding since, with some old names still operating today. It is estimated this business is now worth approximately $1.3 billion as of 2023.
