? We’re Looking for a Product Manager to Lead Our Zendesk Product Strategy!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and pet care? If so, we want you to be part of our dynamic team! As a Product Manager at IVC Evidensia, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization of the Zendesk product to enhance our veterinary services and support operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a collaborative leader, you’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create innovative solutions that will engage our veterinary clients and clinic professionals in new, impactful ways. You will:

1. Translate business strategy into actionable product strategy, clearly articulating the product vision and roadmap.
2. Drive product development and deliver a clear product strategy for Zendesk that aligns with our mission.
3. Lead product launches and ensure products hit the market with maximum impact.
4. Manage product profitability and own the business case.
5. Provide valuable insights to stakeholders on product and market trends.
6. Oversee product marketing activities and ensure alignment with company goals.
7. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
8. Analyze performance metrics and leverage data to optimize product success and enhance the client experience.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, operations, HR, finance) to ensure a cohesive product vision.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Strong product management background with a clear understanding of the software development lifecycle and product strategy.
2. Proven experience in managing products and driving cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes.
3. Ability to interpret and analyze code, ensuring product quality and seamless delivery.
4. Leadership experience, including managing product teams and product backlog prioritization.
