Our trainee programme as a "Technical Sales Graduate" is your career start in an internationally successful company. In 18-24 months, you will pass through specialist departments in our plant in Glenrothes and abroad that are individually tailored to you.

In the Graduate Specialist Programme (GSP), you are in good hands as a technical ace with a good feel for current market developments. You can combine your passion for industrial technology and your understanding of market economics. You are a sales talent and have the desire to sell our factory automation products at Bosch Rexroth. You are characterised by your ability to think outside the box, drive issues forward, and inspire people with your ideas. In addition, you bring the following with you:
You will be reporting to the Director of Sales and would be required to work 37 hours per week. This is a permanent position, and you would initially be a trainee for a period of 18-24 months.
You will be required to evidence your right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. International applicants would not be provided with a Skilled Worker visa for this role and will only be able to take up this role if they can demonstrate an alternative right to work in the UK.
