Technical Sales Engineer (Pumps/Filtration)

£40,000 - £46,000 (OTE 55K) + Annual Bonuses + Full Training + Progression + Flexible Hours + Company Benefits

Gloucester - Home Based with South Patch

Are you a Sales Engineer from a Pumps/Filtration background, looking for a role where you'll benefit from full industry training, with the opportunity to progress into management and build your own team, while being rewarded with a generous bonus scheme?

On offer is the opportunity to join a thriving liquid handling solutions company who have broken into the UK market over the last decade, building on their sustained success in the USA. Over the last two years they have doubled in headcount and have a clear vision going forward, providing outstanding service and products to their clientele across the Water and Chemical industries.

You'll be responsible for driving sales and relationship building across the South of the UK, from researching customer needs to meeting with prospects and providing after-sales support. This is a varied role, split across office, site and home-based working, with a significant degree of flexibility. No background in water treatment is needed, as you will receive full industry training, including hands-on knowledge.

The Role:

  1. Developing growth strategy including market research
  2. Face to face meetings with prospective clients
  3. Even split between Business Development and Account Management
  4. Monday to Friday with flexible hours
  5. South patch - Birmingham down

The Person:
  1. Sales Engineer from Pumps / Filtration background; OR
  2. Mechanical Engineer looking to come off the tools
  3. Happy to cover a South patch
