Technical Sales Engineer (Electronics Test Laboratory - UKAS) - Bradford, West Yorkshire

(CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD BE EITHER BASED WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE OF BRADFORD, OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE AT SHORT NOTICE)

A new vacancy for a Technical Sales Engineer with a specialist provider of technical products and services relating to electronic test & measurement. Based at the company's site in Bradford, West Yorkshire, the Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling and supporting the company's range of products & services, in a role that will involve both dealing with existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sell and support the company's range of products & services.
  2. Engage with existing and new customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics discipline.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or technical support role.
  3. Experience in Electronic Test & Measurement, Precision Instrumentation, or UKAS-accredited Laboratory environment is preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical aptitude combined with a proactive and creative approach to sales/business development work; he/she should also ideally have the potential to move into a more senior sales team management role within the medium to long-term.
