We are currently recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for a leading RF & Microwave solutions provider.

This company supplies cutting-edge RF & microwave components and systems to key industries including defence, aerospace, satcom, space, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth and increased demand, the team is expanding, presenting a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and dynamic organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
  • Providing technical sales expertise in RF & microwave solutions to high-profile clients, including the MoD, defence primes, and research organisations.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for customers.
  • Attending industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • UK resident with a valid UK driving licence (access to a vehicle preferred).
  • Previous sales experience is not required, but a passion for business development and technical solutions is essential.
  • Experience in DAS, RAN, coaxial components, amplifiers, or RF/microwave applications would be beneficial (full training provided).
