Job description

Technical Sales Engineer required for a provider of high-quality components and scientific equipment based in Newbury. This is a varied role working on I.T & electronic equipment as well as providing technical sales support to clients. The ideal person for this role will either be a graduate or junior level candidate with an educational background in I.T or electronics.

Technical Sales Engineer Job Overview

Work with the sales team to assemble appropriate technology demonstrations for internal / onsite purposes.
When clients have specific requirements explore options within product portfolio to assemble solutions to meet these. Ask for suggestions from all technical staff to provide a variety of options to explore.
Day to day maintenance of the internal PC's and laptops.
Assist clients with the setup / configuration of their devices
When working at exhibitions, identify the space and advise options for layouts and possible demonstration items.

Technical Sales Engineer Job Requirements

Educational background in I.T or Electronics
Experience or knowledge of Machine Vision products
Local to their office in Newbury

Salary: £25,000- £30,000
Hybrid working available
