Technical Sales Contract Manager - Bespoke Bathroom Solutions

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading European supplier of bespoke bathroom solutions, renowned for their premium product range and outstanding service within the luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Contract Manager to take ownership of key client relationships, manage high-spec contracts, and contribute to the continued growth of an industry-leading company.

As Technical Sales Contract Manager, you will act as the critical link between clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders. You'll oversee the full contract lifecycle—from initial enquiry and proposal through to final delivery—ensuring every detail aligns with the company's high standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Develop trusted relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
  3. Prepare and negotiate contract documentation, including specifications, timelines, and pricing.
  4. Provide technical sales support, helping clients select tailored product solutions.
  5. Liaise internally with design, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate smooth project delivery.
  6. Attend site visits and client meetings across the UK and mainland Europe.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in technical sales, contract management, and project coordination.
  2. A background in the luxury bathroom sector.
  3. Confidence in reading technical drawings and managing complex project requirements.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
