We are seeking a Technical Sales and Service Supervisor to play a key role in delivering top-tier sales and service support to clients in the manufacturing and engineering industries. This role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, and leadership skills to drive business growth and ensure outstanding service delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
• Provide expert consultation on technical products and services, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.
• Oversee service operations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

• A background in technical sales, service management, or engineering support, preferably in the manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial sector.
• Strong leadership skills with some experience managing teams and customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, solutions-oriented manner.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and field operations.
• Can commute to Harlow on a daily basis.
