Are you an experienced conveyancer with a passion for quality and compliance? Napthens LLP is seeking a Technical Lawyer to join our Quality Risk & Compliance team. This role is crucial in driving technical and quality excellence across our property departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision & Reviews: Oversee team leaders, conduct peer reviews, and sign off on files, ensuring best practices in conveyancing.
2. High-Risk Matters: Guide and monitor high-risk transactions, providing necessary approvals and support.
3. Training & Development: Implement training programs to address knowledge gaps and ensure continuous professional development.
4. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on legal changes and ensure compliance within the department.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes and policies.
