Brand new opportunity to join a leading experiential / brand activations agency as a Project Manager!

The agency

This super creative events production company works with well-known brands in the fashion, retail, and drinks industries and delivers brand activations, festivals, and events across the UK with full end-to-end production and build in-house. They are growing accounts and turnover year on year and now have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Project Manager!

The role

This is a true project management role where you will take each project from concept to on-site delivery, including a range of exciting activations and events. A super hands-on role where you will be very client-facing and be the internal lynchpin between production, ops, design, and client services. Putting together production schedules, project plans, and budgets is also part of this role, as is crewing and logistics & supplier management.

About you

We are looking for a solutions-led project manager with an excellent level of organization as well as a technical understanding of installs and brand activations. Experiential / brand activations projects are key for success in this role, including heavy installations from planning to on-site. Client-facing with the ability to communicate effectively with creative and technical teams is key, and ideally, an understanding of AV and scenic, combined with either SketchUp or Vectorworks.
