Job description

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology projects, including digital platform integrations and system transformations. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimisation to drive operational improvements and ensure the successful, timely delivery of initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Job Duties:

  1. Oversee the introduction and integration of digital solutions, including document management systems, CRM systems, security/compliance tooling, and process enhancements.
  2. Lead operational change initiatives focused on Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPlatform, and core administration of internal platforms.
  3. Support the technology team in refining systems documentation and change processes to promote continuous improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including user guides, policy and procedure updates, and key project deliverables.
  5. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, maintaining a dynamic RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log.
  6. Ensure meticulous documentation and reporting by maintaining comprehensive project records, including initiation documents, action plans, and stakeholder communication plans.
  7. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring consistent engagement, collaboration, and alignment of project objectives with broader business strategies.

Job Requirements:

  1. A digitally savvy professional with a strong interest in leveraging technology for process improvement and efficiency.
  2. Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all organisational levels.
  3. Experience managing end-to-end implementation of digital systems and platforms, from concept to go-live, with a track record of successful delivery.
  4. Proficiency in change and project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile frameworks.
  5. Strong IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI; experience with analytics and management information tools is highly desirable.
  6. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  8. Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
