What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Act as a product specialist for electrical connectors, cable assemblies, electro-mechanicals, and accessories, providing technical support to internal teams and customers.
2. Assist in project managing new product introductions, from concept and design to manufacturing and testing.
3. Work with engineering, production, and sales teams to evaluate product requirements and their commercial viability.
4. Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
5. Manage the procurement and implementation of new tooling and production equipment.
6. Support quality control and technical analysis of product issues, ensuring solutions align with compliance standards.
7. Occasionally visit customers to provide on-site technical support (average once per quarter).

What We’re Looking For:

1. Background in electro-mechanical engineering, ideally from electronics design, manufacturing, or assembly environment.
2. HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
3. Experience in project management and working with subcontract manufacturing.
4. Strong understanding of batch machining, assembly processes, and materials.
5. Familiarity with engineering change processes, 3D design software and ISO 9001 (2015) standards.
6. Solid experience in technical communication and stakeholder collaboration.
7. Full, clean driving licence required.
