Location: City of London (Commutable from: Spitalfields, Whitechapel, Clerkenwell, Covent Garden, Bethnal Green, Southwark, Bermondsey)

This is a Monday - Friday days-based role from both their office and home-working. You will oversee a team of specialists on a range of Building Services focused projects through Design, Implementation, and Engineering surveying.

This position would suit a Technical / Project Manager looking to continue progressing their career within a secure full-time permanent role coupled with further training and benefits.

The Role:

• Working on Building Services projects - Design, Electrical Engineering, Management.
• Collaborating with construction companies on commercial and domestic projects.
• Monday - Friday hybrid working.

The Person:

• Experience in Building Services, Construction, and Project Management.
• Ability to oversee both personnel and projects.
• Must be commutable to the City of London.
