The Role

As a Technical Production Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding live events. You'll oversee all technical aspects, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution to bring each event to life. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll develop tailored solutions while leading a team of professionals to ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage work schedules to keep events on track.
• Oversee the entire event project, working closely with clients.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Monitor rigging and on-site setups, ensuring best practices.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders.
• Support venue improvements and technical upgrades.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving event needs.
