We are looking for a Technical Services Advisor to join our clients Technical Support team.
The Role
Manage and assign technical enquiries to the engineering team
Provide technical support via phone and email
Coordinate bespoke product costings, ensuring alignment with technical guidance
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Assist in reviewing technical involvement on projects and compiling reports
The Person
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or technical advisory roles (desirable)
Customer service experience
Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to develop further qualifications related to the role
