Job description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end product strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of our distribution and channel management platform. You’ll work at the intersection of product, commercial, technology, and operations to design and deliver a best-in-class, scalable distribution infrastructure that supports both direct and third-party channels.

This is a hands-on product leadership role — perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex system integrations, managing third-party vendors, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared roadmap.

Role: Technical Product Manager

Package: £90,000 + 30% company performance bonus and car or car allowance of £6265.00pa

Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent

Location: Holborn, London and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Healthcare: Individual & Family BUPA healthcare
  • Discounts: Up to 60% discount on Premier Inn stays and 25% discount on our Restaurant brand

As the new Technical Product Manager looking after Adobe, META & Distribution, you will manage the entire technology lifecycle for the hospitality distribution stack. This includes overseeing the channel manager, metasearch integration, GDS, OTA connections, and direct booking flows. You will also select and implement a channel manager platform and align with external vendors and partners on contracts, technical aspects, and roadmaps.

You’ll focus on technical specifications, architecture, and performance of products and platforms. The manager ensures that technical solutions meet business goals, scalability, performance, and security standards.

You will work with Revenue, Marketing, and Distribution teams to shape and evolve the channel strategy, focusing on commercial goals and customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and integration teams to design APIs and system interfaces between PMS (Opera Cloud), RMS, direct booking engine, and external channels.

Alignment with teams like Revenue Management, eCommerce, SRE/DevOps, and digital is key for smooth operations and ongoing optimization. Monitoring metrics like conversion, parity, and uptime will help drive continuous improvements.

Who we are looking for:

  • Deep understanding of distribution in hospitality: channel managers, PMS integrations, OTA APIs, direct booking journeys, and metasearch.
  • Strong experience managing system implementations, particularly 3rd party integrations and vendor-driven timelines.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud, RMS platforms, and GDS/OTA systems is a major plus.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and making product decisions that impact infrastructure, data flows, and uptime.
  • Skilled communicator who can translate business needs into technical requirements — and vice versa.
  • Proactive, structured, and outcome-oriented.
