Apple Music Radio is in search of a Live Technical Producer to join our world-class studio production team creating global content for the Apple Music platform. You will be responsible for the set up, execution, live and pre-recorded operation of radio shows based in one of our world-class global studios. The Live Technical Producer will work closely with both our Content Producer, Engineers and central hub to execute every show in a lively and dynamic studio environment.

As Live Technical Producer, you will be responsible for:
The live studio setup and operations: board, microphones, headphones, play-out system, CDJs, Logic Pro, effects processor, FaceTime recording, video capture, lighting
Pre-recorded Studio setup and operations: board, microphones, headphones, play-out system, CDJs, Logic Pro, effects processor, FaceTime recording
Working closely with the engineering team and central hub on studios and live broadcast process
Adding show songs to internal show grid and set cues, intros and outros on all songs
Running the studio board for Host Talent and guests
Running the studio board for high priority Live Radio Events
Collaborating with the Content Producer on production timelines
Firing live metadata for songs, promos and talk breaks
Supplying production notes to the Audio Producer for Replay, AOD delivery, cue sheets, highlights, press clips
Cutting audio clips content for PR, Platform Editorial and News
Editing audio assets for the video team
Ensuring adherence to Apple Music and broadcast standards and requirements
Maintaining audio archives: interviews, clips, voice over, final mix
Working with the engineering and audio editing teams to share studio audio for production
Flagging live studio issues to internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
Experience producing radio and audio content with an understanding of both pre-recorded and live radio production
Experience working on high level, live or pre-recorded shows in a broadcast studio environment
Experience as a hands-on technical producer on both live radio and pre-recorded broadcasts
Experience working closely with high-level talent and artists in a complex and dynamic, live broadcast studio environment
Strong technical proficiency in audio editing
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to manage all aspects of live/pre-recorded studio setup and operations including, but not limited to, board, microphones, headphones, play-out system, CDJs, Logic Pro, effects processor, FaceTime recording
Experience troubleshooting live, on-air while maintaining a calm studio environment
Technically confident in a studio, with full mastery of the end-to-end technical process
Must possess a readiness to learn about emerging technologies or new equipment
Remains calm under pressure particularly in a studio environment
Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate, lead, and inspire the team and talent they work with
Excellent planning and time management skills to ensure productions run on time
Flexible and understanding with talent, guests, contributors and change overall
