Join our dynamic team in Bolton as a Technical Payroll Consultant on a full-time permanent basis! In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate delivery and reconciliation of payroll across the AXA UK Group while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations. You'll have the opportunity to implement process improvements and provide expert technical advice on payroll calculations and financial reconciliations. If you have a background in payroll and experience using HR & Payroll systems, ideally on Workday, we invite you to bring your expertise and passion for excellence to our team and help shape the future of payroll operations at AXA.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
