EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Forming part of a dynamic shift team you will be operating at Severn Trent's Water Treatment Works situated in Tittesworth. Your duties will include management of raw water sources, through plant processes, onsite sampling, and lab testing. Your role will be to produce drinking water to high quality standards for our customers in the most cost efficient and safe manner.
You will work as part of a close-knit shift team operating a 24/7 365 shift rota incorporating standby. The role will see you working alongside a dedicated maintenance team, process team and local management team using control platforms such as SCADA and PRISM to operate the works. Self-motivation, a keen eye for detail and a willingness to develop are all key attributes which the successful candidate will be able to bring to the role.
As part of the role there will be a requirement to work on an individual basis (lone working) and an ability to dynamically problem solve.
