Technical Manager - Fire/Security/Automation
£45,000 - £60,000 + overtime & bonuses

We're hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing fire & security company based in London, covering the M25 and surrounding areas. They're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to support and lead their installation, maintenance, and estimating teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical support to on-site teams & estimators
  2. Oversee QA and job completion
  3. Attend site & progress meetings
  4. Coordinate across fire alarms, CCTV, AOV, access control, and automation systems

Requirements:
  1. Strong background in fire, security, and networking systems
  2. Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills
  3. Experience managing multiple teams/projects
  4. Full UK driving licence preferred
