Location: Wood Green

Salary: Up to £75k + Package

My client is a multi-award-winning Developer that operates nationally. They are seeking a Technical Manager to join their technical team in Wood Green to work on a Mixed Use Residential Scheme. You will have the opportunity to lead a 400+ unit scheme, as well as managing a Senior Technical Coordinator.

They have a reputation for high quality design and build, sound governance and good management practices. They are passionate about property and are very forward thinking, which makes them a great company to work for.

This role will be a split between site, office and home.

Role

As Technical Manager you will:

• Provide technical advice and the manage the delivery of this information
• Appoint and manage consultants and to manage allocated projects
• Work with consultants for timely issues of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
• Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications

Candidate

Technical Manager applying to this role must have:

• Strong residential, RC Frame and low rise experience
• Previously worked for a Developer or Main Contractor
• Experience running a 300+ unit scheme previously
• Technically minded
• Effectively prioritise work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project
