Are you an experienced Technical Manager seeking a new role as the Lead on a major residential project? This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the leading residential developers and work on the company's flagship 400 units scheme in North London.

About the role of Technical Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Technical Lead on a large residential scheme in North London consisting of 400+ units spread over 4 blocks, one of which is a high-rise R/C frame tower with the others being mid and low-rise, traditional build blocks. This role will also involve the management of 2 technical coordinators.

Requirements for the Technical Manager role

1. Experience working in a Design/Technical role with a main contractor or developer
2. Experience working on large residential projects
3. Experience with RC frame and traditional build structures
