Technical Manager

Your Role:
  1. Serve as the go-to technical contact for retail partners, ensuring swift responses and issue resolution.
  2. Lead the implementation and evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain the highest compliance standards.
  3. Develop and embed a quality-focused culture across the site, ensuring technical excellence.
  4. Manage and report on key customer KPIs, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  5. Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
  6. Oversee the accuracy of product specifications, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
  7. Lead the HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP teams, reinforcing food safety protocols.
  8. Analyse microbiological data trends and implement proactive measures to prevent deviations.
  9. Drive best practices in hygiene management, ensuring a consistently high standard.
  10. Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all non-conformances are resolved effectively.
  11. Promote a safety-first mindset, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
