This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-facing Technical Manager to join a food business that is going through a period of investment and growth.

As Technical Manager, you will be the primary contact for all technical matters within the business and be the link for all customers. You will manage internal audits, host BRC and customer audits, and manage suppliers. This is an all-encompassing technical position covering suppliers, compliance, and customers. You will be responsible for managing the technical function for the site to ensure the business is fully compliant with all customer requirements and audit-ready at all times.

This role would suit a Technical Manager with experience in food manufacturing or fresh produce businesses supplying retailers, or maybe you are currently a Technologist looking for your first Technical Manager role. You must have great communication skills that will enable you to liaise effectively with a customer base, as well as excellent leadership skills to drive forward the technical team. Experience of BRC is essential.
