Salary: Up to £65,000 plus package
Location: Berkshire

Currently working with one of the biggest and competitive house builders in the industry who operate nationally delivering high quality housing in unique locations.

We are looking for a motivated Technical Manager or Design Manager to join the team. Specifically seeking a strong professional who is looking to take on a new challenge, supporting a developing team whilst reporting into the Technical Director.

The company has a strong network and financial strength with technical expertise to undertake significant projects nationally.

Key Attributes

1. Qualified as an Architect or Civil/Building Engineer or at a Construction related degree level or HNC/HND in a built environment subject with relevant experience.
2. Good knowledge within the residential sector and able to hit the ground running.
3. Self-motivated, proactive and able to demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate the design process unaided.
4. 5 years plus as Technical Manager working with a residential developer or main contractor.
5. Delivered residential traditional build projects from inception through to completion.
6. Capable of running multiple residential projects.
7. The ability to communicate, plan meetings, and strong management skills whilst dealing with multi-discipline teams.
8. Project management skills and a high level of computer literacy.
9. Good knowledge of the Planning Process, Building Regulations and NHBC Standards.
