Are you a skilled Technical Delivery Lead with a proven track record in leading development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 3-6 month outside IR35 contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead an agile development team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Manage the delivery lifecycle, ensuring software products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
Coordinate the integration of front-end and back-end development for robust, scalable software solutions.
Drive the modernisation of legacy systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and articulate business and technical requirements.Required Skills and Experience:

Knowledge/Experience working with .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
Experience with Entity Framework, and Web API 2.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of developers, providing clear direction and technical guidance.
An understanding of cyber security principles and secure coding practices.Ideal Candidate:
You're a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach to technical delivery. You have a strong background in software development and a passion for driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within your team.
