Job Purpose
Providing technical support, advice and guidance for both clients, consultants and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Updating, maintaining and developing the departmental technical guidance and information for clients and consultants in line with UKI Health & Safety.
- Providing support to the Head of Health & Safety and SMT in the development and updating of our 'online' service to clients.
- Providing support to consultants in the operation of the online system.
- Undertaking research into health and safety related issues, prepare and write technical guidance and editorials for clients and consultants.
- Write communications in the form of articles and newsletters for clients.
- Assisting the contents team in preparing campaigns and materials based on opportunities and or events relating to H&S topics.
- Delivering and supporting the training of the Sales Team with sector specific and topical areas of health & safety.
- Delivering and supporting the training of the Advice Team with sector specific and topical areas of health & safety.
- Delivering remote IOSH courses to clients.
