The Role: As a Geospatial Software Engineer, you will join CGI on the Technical Graduate programme with a focus on ESRI and open-source technologies. Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

  4. Geospatial Software Engineering: Develop and maintain geospatial software applications, tools, and platforms using ESRI's ArcGIS platform and open-source technologies such as Geonode, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, OpenLayer/Leaflet, and MapLibre.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that leverage the strengths of both ESRI and open-source technologies.
  6. Utilize geospatial data, GIS technologies, and spatial analysis techniques to develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in ESRI's ArcGIS platform, open-source geospatial tools, and software engineering best practices.
