Job Description

• Support all processing trials including injection moulding, extrusion and blow moulding.
• Support existing customer technical enquiries and issues.
• Ensure all sales and technical projects are in line with company expectations.
• Handle all material complaints using internal process and in line with EMS Quality manual.
• Support Sales team with customer Tech Days, Seminars and Events.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in plastics technology, plastics processing or a comparable relevant technical education.
• Excellent understanding of the injection moulding and extrusion processes.
• Good analytical approach to problem solving.
• Experience in the design of plastic components is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret MoldFlow analysis results is preferred.
• Ability to understand FEA results would be desirable.
• Good understanding of mechanical properties and their relevance to product design.
• Good knowledge of English; other languages are an advantage.
• Travel activity up to 80%.
