Due to ambitious growth plans, this company is looking to streamline their design and technical departments with a focus on bringing it more in-house; therefore, they're looking for a Technical Coordinator to strengthen the department.
In this role, you will work on all technical aspects of the housebuilding projects. You will be working on multiple live sites liaising with Architects, Engineering Consultants, and subcontractors. You will check working drawings, incorporate product information (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.), oversee NHBC and building regulation applications, and handle any onsite issues. The company is committed to developing their own workforce; therefore, offering additional training and support as well as opportunities to progress within the business.
The ideal candidate will have Architectural and Technical experience, working in the residential sector looking to join a medium-sized housebuilder who has a clear 5-year plan focused on elevating home quality and advancing sustainability.
