A new vacancy has arisen for a driven and motivated Technical Coordinator to join an established regional housing development business in Devon, due to successful and continued growth.
To complement their existing team with an additional coordinator, the role supports technical managers and also works towards running their own sites depending on the development stage.
The company has ambitious yet achievable growth plans and aims to bring in additional staff to future-proof the department and train the next generation of technical managers over the coming years.
You will work closely with experienced Technical Managers on 1-2 sites located in the local areas. As the Technical Coordinator, you will be involved in projects from design stage through to post-completion. You will assist with managing engineering and working drawing packages with the aim of building homes to a high standard while obtaining all necessary technical approvals. You will support the Technical Manager with projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Happy to consider both experienced Coordinators and assistant/trainee Technical Coordinators who are looking to stay as a coordinator for at least the next 2 years before stepping up to Technical Manager.
