You could currently be an Architect or a Coordinator with relevant high-rise experience, but you will need to be immediately available (max 1 week notice) for this freelance role.

They specialise in residential schemes for Housing Associations and Local Authorities throughout London and the South East. They have an excellent team focus, great arrangements around hybrid and flexible working, as well as an environment focused on providing opportunities for their staff to develop. The position is office-based in East London with some potential to WFH (1 day per week).

As the Technical Coordinator you will support multiple PCSAs (JCT D&B contracts) for cladding remediation projects on frameworks with a number of large Housing Association clients in the South East. Your role will largely be office based in East London and your key responsibilities will be:
