About the role as a Technical Coordinator

As a Technical Coordinator, you will be assisting the Design and Technical teams and will be involved in all aspects of housing design and innovation. You will ensure the provision of drawings to site on a weekly basis and also ensure that the schemes are designed to the client's standards.

• Experience of working with a major company in a similar role
• Attend meetings
• Respond to site queries and resolve Technical/Construction problems
