Technical Coordinator

This leading residential developer, based in London, is actively looking for a Technical Coordinator for a new phase it will be starting.

The schemes vary in size from 230 to 450 units, all of which are RC Frame apartments, a mixture of Social and Build to Rent, and have a build time of 3 years from start to finish.

As the lead Technical Coordinator, you will be based on site, as part of a Commercial, Production, and Design Team. You will manage the consultant engineers for all design-related issues and the buildability of the project. Ensure all agreements and certificates are in place to build the project. Manage the scope of the design and the quality of the build. Assist the Project Manager with all the timely information required to manage the project timelines and budget.

You should be currently working as a Technical Coordinator for another residential developer or be a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.
