Technical Co-Ordinator | Sector: Residential Mixed-Use | Start Date: ASAP
Site (Kingston upon Thames) & Office (South West London) Role

We're after a sharp Technical Co-Ordinator who can turn chaos into construction. You'll work across both the development and construction arms, liaising with consultants, internal teams, and site managers to deliver residential-led schemes with precision and pace.

The Project is a mixed-use scheme in Kingston upon Thames, featuring 34 RC frame apartments and commercial space at ground level below.

Your background should include:
  1. 3-5+ years in a technical role
  2. Experience on RC frame residential or mixed-use projects
  3. A solid grip on Building Regulations, Code compliance, and quality standards
  4. Comfort with AutoCAD and a highly detail-driven mindset
  5. A problem-solver by nature, not afraid to chase things down and keep them moving
  6. Proven understanding of planning, design, and construction workflows
  7. Commercial awareness and ability to manage change efficiently
  8. Based in or commutable to South West London / London, with flexibility to visit sites as needed
What you'll be doing:
  1. A broad, hands-on role across technical coordination and project delivery:
  2. Appointing & managing external consultants-from planning to handover
  3. Reviewing drawings, details, and specs
  4. Coordinating planning applications and securing Building Regs approvals
  5. Producing and managing working drawings, supplier details & compliance docs
  6. Maintaining design quality while keeping one eye on budget
  7. Supporting sales, production, and legal teams with all technical matters
