- Responsible for product information compliance, including allergens, ingredients, and nutritional information in line with customer specifications.
- Working with specification systems and maintaining relevant paperwork in accordance with customer requirements.
- Observe the supplier approval process to maintain company standards.
- Approval of artwork and labelling, ensuring food safety legislation compliance.
- Liaising with NPD team, contributing to the technical aspect of product testing and taste panels.
