Job description

CCG Manufacturing seeks a Technical Coordinator with expertise in PVCu window & door and composite door fabrication to join its team at its advanced manufacturing hub in Cambuslang.

As a subsidiary of the CCG Group, ‘Manufacturing’ is responsible for the supply of windows and doors to support CCG’s new build construction activities, as well as large-scale planned maintenance workstreams to repair and upgrade occupied homes across the central belt of Scotland.

Salary: DOE
Hours: Full time, Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 4.30pm.
Location: 15 Drumhead Road, Cambuslang East Investment Park, Glasgow, G32 8EX
Role: Permanent

The Role

  • Initial take-offs
  • Raise and address technical queries with architects
  • Prepare draft window schedules for fabrication

Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of architect drawings.
  • Ability to complete take-offs.
  • Expertise with Business Micros – preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD – preferred.
  • Understanding of the building standard
  • Ability to work on your own as well as being part of a team
