We’re excited to support a specialist land promotion business focused on delivering residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. This dynamic and fast-paced company partners with landowners to secure planning permissions, facilitating land sales to major house builders and developers. With a dynamic and friendly culture, they are known for their professional approach and impactful projects.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the technical aspects of projects from pre-bid through to sale. You’ll manage and coordinate external consultants, oversee technical reports and drawings, and provide ongoing support to internal teams during the planning and disposal process. Your input will be key in identifying site constraints, coordinating planning application deliverables, and ensuring proposals align with best practice and optimize land value.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within the house building sector, either directly with a house builder or commercial developer or as a consultant supporting residential, industrial, or distribution-led schemes. You will bring a strong understanding of engineering and environmental matters relevant to the land appraisal and planning application stages of development. A broad interest in multidisciplinary aspects of development, a highly organized approach, and excellent communication skills are all essential to succeed in this role.
