This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, deep understanding of critical environments, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract performance-financial, operational, and service quality.
  • Standardise and enhance health & safety procedures in line with corporate and site-specific protocols.
  • Develop and manage the site's asset lifecycle program and drive condition-based maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate the rollout of operational processes including BMS, EPMS, UPS, and CMMS platforms.
  • Drive training programs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across site personnel and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with change management and critical environment risk management methodologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align site operations with KPI and SLA objectives, reporting monthly performance metrics to senior leadership.

What You'll Need

  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems within a critical environment.
  • Proven experience in contract management, with a solid grasp of financial and operational performance.
  • Track record of leading diverse technical teams, including both in-house and outsourced personnel.
  • Working knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and industry certifications.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, prioritise under pressure, and act decisively in critical situations.
  • Familiarity with data centre standards and a passion for maintaining uptime and operational excellence.

Why Apply?

  • Join a leading name in Data Centre operations, supporting some of the world's most innovative clients.
  • Be part of a high-performance culture focused on growth, safety, and excellence.
  • Make a direct impact on the success of mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, with clear opportunities for career progression.

If you're a proactive, solutions-focused professional with the technical acumen and leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced data centre environment-we want to hear from you.
