Salary: Up to £60,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The role:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You’ll oversee compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC, FDA), manage audits, and work closely with production teams to uphold best practices. Your role includes updating policies, training staff on safety protocols, and keeping up with changing food laws. Ultimately, you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining high-quality, safe, and legally compliant food products.

What we are looking for:

1. Degree level in Food Science, Food Safety, lead Auditor status, desirable CI qualification, and Business qualifications within a related field.
2. Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, food manufacturing industry desirable.
3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage a team of people.
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
