Technical Compliance Lead

Location: Ledbury
Salary: Negotiable
Job Type: Full-time

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Technical Compliance Lead to join our well-established client.

Day-to-day of the role:
  1. Drive the development and implementation of sustainability and quality control processes.
  2. Engage actively with our Integrated Management System to ensure alignment with customer needs and requirements.
  3. Play a key role in our journey towards Net Zero 2050 by implementing effective compliance strategies.
  4. Conduct internal audits and lead auditing processes to ensure adherence to legal and quality standards.
  5. Utilize statistical analysis to improve process efficiency and compliance.
  6. Maintain high IT literacy across multiple platforms including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Technical, Compliance, or Auditing roles within the food manufacturing industry.
  2. High attention to detail and an in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
  3. Experienced in Internal Audit, ideally Lead Auditing.
  4. Proficient in statistical analysis and IT, with strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  5. Degree educated, ideally with HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 training.
