Job Title: Technical Communications Specialist - Bilingual requirement (Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish)

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Communications Specialist to join our client who is in the Insurance industry. This role involves engaging with domestic and international partners, serving as the subject matter expert on key IT services and technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will develop communication materials, training resources, job aids, and customer satisfaction surveys, assisting with process improvement and ensuring successful integration of partners. Multilingual proficiency is highly valued, with preferred languages including Dutch, Castilian Spanish, Italian, Portuguese/Brazilian, Polish, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Develop adoption strategy for enterprise technology systems and frameworks.
  • Demonstrate a strong, customer service-oriented approach in all interactions and training activities.
  • Possess knowledge about cloud file storage functionality, specifically in the Microsoft environment.
  • Evaluate results and initiate changes to meet organisational objectives.
  • Create, design, edit, and maintain documentation, training materials, and job aids.
  • Host and present meetings virtually and in-person.
  • Travel to partners’ locations for onsite training as needed.
  • Prepare and verify the quality of training materials and documentation.
  • Update workflows and verify technical accuracy of documentation.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as the subject matter authority on platform-related IT initiatives.
  • Assist with creating communication templates and developing communication plans around deployments and usability.
  • Conduct site visits and/or remote meetings with agency partners to deliver training and assist with adoption of IT infrastructure.
  • Provide timely and detailed responses to agency partners’ requests for support and assistance.
  • Assist with the creation of an 'IT Matrix' for partners to use as a reference and for training new employees.
  • Assist with creating customer satisfaction surveys to gauge the quality of training and job aids.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Excellence team for ongoing training beyond the basics.
  • Assist with integration closeout items.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with detailed plans and due dates.
  • Assist with designing enterprise systems around the framework of business optimisation.
  • High School Diploma or the recognised equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of training experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence and a safe driving record.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft cloud stack: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Proficiency with Cisco Webex virtual PBX solution.
  • Proficiency with EDR, Password Managers, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and other Adobe products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900 and/or AZ-900) preferred.
  • Multi-lingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work different time zones including GMT.
  • Ability to work independently and interact frequently with team members.
  • Strong teamwork, high motivation, and positive behaviour.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving with minimal assistance.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, work independently, and use discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to lead with a professional demeanour and positive attitude.
