Technical Building Inspector (EWI & Cavity Wall Insulation) - South London / SE London

(PACKAGE INCLUDES FULLY EXPENSED COMPANY CAR, HEALTHCARE CASH PLAN AND CONTRIBUTORY PENSION SCHEME)

A new vacancy for a Technical Building Inspector (INSULATION) with a leading provider of auditing & inspection services for the Construction industry. Home-based in the South London / SE London area, the Technical Building Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections of insulation installations.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
3. Provide detailed reports on inspection findings.
4. Work closely with clients to address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in building inspection or related field.
2. Knowledge of insulation materials and methods.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
