Technical Author / Technical Writer

Our global data analytics and credit reporting company is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join their IT Service Desk team.

6 month initial contract with hybrid working requiring days in the office in Nottingham. Day rate of £400 - 440 per day to an umbrella company.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing knowledge assets including runbooks and process improvements.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven background working as a Technical Writer, ideally with experience of working in IT Support / Service Desk environments.
• Knowledge management tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow and Confluence, to capture and maintain Knowledge Articles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.
