Position: Technical Author for Aerospace Innovations

Location: Stockport

Salary: Up to £47,000

KO2's client, a leader in 4K camera systems for the aerospace market, is seeking a skilled Technical Author to join their team in Stockport. This exciting role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technology while contributing to the documentation processes that support design, manufacturing, qualification, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain technical documentation for aerospace products.
2. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather information.
3. Ensure documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
4. Review and edit documentation for clarity and accuracy.
5. Support training materials and user manuals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Author in a related industry.
3. Strong understanding of aerospace technologies.
4. Excellent writing and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
