You’re an experienced Technical Author/Writer who combines a love for technology with a passion for clear, accessible communication. With a solid background in technical writing within a tech setting, you excel at breaking down complex concepts and have a strong eye for detail. You are a proactive collaborator, equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.

As our Technical Author, you will be instrumental in creating high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation for our telecare products, ensuring that both technical and non-technical audiences can easily understand and utilise our solutions. You will work closely with our dev, product, and customer service teams to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
