An established industry player is seeking a Technical Author to enhance their Service Design Packs for Voice & Video Services. In this critical role, you will contribute to the development of a comprehensive document set for Live Services, ensuring clarity and precision in service-oriented documentation. This position requires a deep understanding of both Legacy and New systems, particularly in the context of transitioning secure systems. Experience in managing Strategic Networks and Bearer Services.
Understanding challenges during transition of secure systems.

Develop service-oriented document set for Live Services.
Assist in creating Service Design Packs for ITIL3.

Looking for a Technical Author to help with Service Design Packs (ITIL3) for Voice & Video Services.

The role will help develop a service-oriented document set for ‘Live Services’.

Key Skills/Experience:

Essential:

Experience of working within teams that have managed Strategic Networks and Bearer Services.
Experience & understanding of the difference between ‘Legacy’ and ‘New’ systems and the challenges this presents during transition, particularly for highly secure systems.

This role requires the highest level of clearance, and due to the sensitive nature of the work, applicants must be born in the UK.
