Technical After Sales Support

Job Title: Technical After Sales Support

Location: Alfreton

Contract Details: Temporary ongoing - potential for permanent.

Working Pattern: Full Time, 40 hours a week

Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £14.42 an hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
2. Prepare, manage, and present commercial proposals for repairs and new materials.
3. Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for broken pieces received from clients.
4. Conduct repairs when possible to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems.
2. Previous experience in the railway industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
3. Excellent communication and commercial skills to engage effectively with clients.
4. Ability to drive a van for client visits and material deliveries.

Requirements:

1. Full UK driving license.
2. Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
